Sometimes that can slow things down a little bit, but we think it’s worth it to ensure everything’s perfect.

Our machines are heavy duty cnc lathe machine so sophisticated now, and we need some very talented people to run them. That’s why we invest so much in training our technicians. They get training on how to operate the machines, how to maintain them and what to do if something goes wrong. This training is so important to us as it enables us to run our machines well, make great parts.
Optimising with regular audits and reviews
After all, despite all of our best efforts to do things right, there’s never any shortage of getting better. That is why we frequently inspect how we are doing and search for ways to do better.
